If the person required to obtain health insurance coverage pursuant to a child support order issued in accordance with section3119.30of the Revised Code does not obtain the required coverage within thirty days after the order is issued, the child support enforcement agency may notify the court that issued the court child support order or, with respect to an administrative child support order, the court of common pleas of the county in which the agency is located, in writing of the failure of the person to comply with the child support order. The court may punish the person for contempt under Chapter 2705. of the Revised Code for the failure.
