Text

A health plan administrator that provides health insurance coverage for the children who are the subject of a child support order in accordance with the child support order or a notice sent by an employer pursuant to section3119.36of the Revised Code shall reimburse the individual who is designated to receive reimbursement in the child support order for covered out-of-pocket medical, optical, hospital, dental, or prescription expenses incurred on behalf of the children.
