If either a court, under section3119.40of the Revised Code, or child support enforcement agency, under section3119.38or3119.39of the Revised Code, makes a final determination that no mistake of fact exists in a national medical support notice referred to in a notice of medical support enforcement activity sent to a person, the national medical support notice shall remain in effect. If a court or agency determines that a mistake of fact does exist under the national medical support notice, the court or agency, as appropriate, shall take whatever action is necessary regarding the notice, which may include correction or termination of the notice.
