Text
A person who receives a notice of medical support enforcement activity under section3119.35of the Revised Code may file a written request for an administrative hearing with the child support enforcement agency that issued the notice. The hearing shall address whether a mistake of fact was made in the national medical support notice referred to in the notice issued by the agency. The request must be filed not later than fourteen days after the date on which the notice of medical support enforcement activity is sent.
