Text

During the time that any child support order issued in accordance with section3119.30of the Revised Code or a notice issued pursuant to section3119.33or3119.34of the Revised Code is in effect and after the employer has received a copy of the order or notice, the employer of the person required to provide health insurance coverage shall comply with the order or notice.
