Text

On receipt of a national medical support notice sent pursuant to section3119.33or section3119.34of the Revised Code, an employer shall do one of the following not later than twenty business days after the date specified in the notice:

(A)If the person named in the national medical support notice is a current employee and health insurance coverage of the children is available through the employer, complete and comply with the notice in accordance with its instructions, federal regulations, and any rules adopted by the department of job and family services under section3119.51of the Revised Code and send the appropriate portion of the notice to the health plan administrator;
(B)If the person named in the notice is not a current employee, health insurance coverage of the children is not
