Text

A child support enforcement agency shall send the national medical support notice to the employer of a person required to provide health insurance coverage for the children who are the subject of a child support order. The child support enforcement agency shall act in accordance with federal regulations governing the national medical support notice and rules adopted by the department of job and family services under section3119.51of the Revised Code.
