An order issued pursuant to former section3111.241or3113.217of the Revised Code as those sections existed prior to January 1, 1998, that was not terminated on or after that date, and that provides for the health care needs of children subject to a child support order shall be considered to be a requirement included as part of the child support order. The child support order shall be considered to have been issued in accordance with former section3111.241or3113.217of the Revised Code as those sections existed on and after January 1, 1998, and prior to March 22, 2001. A child support order issued in accordance with, or any notice issued under, former section3111.241or3113.217of the Revised Code as those sections existed prior to March 22, 2001, that was not terminated on or after that date
