Text
Nothing in the Revised Code authorizes a child support enforcement agency to issue an administrative child support order for a person who has reached the age of eighteen, including a person with a disability. In all cases in which the agency is prohibited from issuing an administrative child support order, the agency may request the appropriate court with jurisdiction to take action under section3119.11of the Revised Code to provide for the care and maintenance of the person with a disability.
