Sections3115.701to3115.713of the Revised Code apply only to a support proceeding under the convention. In such a proceeding, if a provision of sections3115.701to3115.713of the Revised Code is inconsistent with sections3115.102to3115.616of the Revised Code, sections3115.701to3115.713control.
