Text
Nothing in sections3113.45to3113.459of the Revised Code shall affect the ability of the court to apportion the assets or debts of the parties as provided for in the Revised Code, or the ability to determine temporary use, possession, and control of personal property pursuant to division (E)(1)(h) of section3113.31of the Revised Code.
