Text

(A)If in any calendar year a board of county commissioners does not allocate all of the funds collected that year under section3113.34or division (D) of section2303.201of the Revised Code to a shelter for victims of domestic violence that applied for them, or if a board receives no application in that year from a shelter that is qualified to receive funds as determined under section3113.36of the Revised Code, the funds shall be deposited, on or before the thirty-first day of December of that year, in the state treasury to the credit of the domestic violence shelters fund, which is hereby created. The fund shall be administered by the attorney general for the purpose of providing financial assistance to shelters.
