Text
A parent or caretaker of the child, or the child support enforcement agency of the county in which the child, parent, or caretaker of the child resides may do either of the following to require a man to pay support and provide for the health care needs of the child if the man is presumed to be the natural father of the child under section3111.03of the Revised Code:
(A)If the presumption is not based on an acknowledgment of paternity, file a complaint pursuant to section2151.231of the Revised Code in the juvenile court or other court with jurisdiction under section2101.022or2301.03of the Revised Code of the county in which the child, parent, or caretaker resides;
