Text
The office of child support in the department of job and family services and a child support enforcement agency may examine the putative father registry established under section3107.062of the Revised Code to locate an absent parent for the purpose of the office or agency carrying out its duties under the child and spousal support enforcement programs established under Chapter 3125. of the Revised Code. Neither the office nor an agency shall use the information it receives from the registry for any purpose other than child and spousal support enforcement.
