Text
The director of job and family services shall adopt rules pursuant to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to implement the requirements of sections3111.64to3111.66of the Revised Code that are consistent with Title IV-D of the "Social Security Act," 88 Stat. 2351, 42 U.S.C. 651 et seq., as amended.
