If an alleged father or natural mother willfully fails to submit to genetic testing, or if the alleged father, natural mother, or any other person who is the custodian of the child willfully fails to submit the child to genetic testing, as required by an order for genetic testing issued under section3111.41of the Revised Code, the child support enforcement agency that issued the order may request that the juvenile court or other court with jurisdiction under section2101.022or2301.03of the Revised Code of the county in which the agency is located find the alleged father, natural mother, or other person in contempt pursuant to section2705.02of the Revised Code.
