Text

On receiving a request for a determination of the existence or nonexistence of a parent and child relationship, a child support enforcement agency shall assign an administrative officer to consider the request. The officer shall issue an order requiring the child, mother, and alleged father to submit to genetic testing. The order shall specify the date of the genetic tests for the mother, alleged father, and child, which shall be no later than forty-five days after the date of assignment of the administrative officer. The tests shall be conducted in accordance with the rules adopted by the director of job and family services under section3111.611of the Revised Code.
