Text
(A)No person shall create a power of attorney under section3109.52of the Revised Code or execute a caretaker authorization affidavit under section3109.67of the Revised Code for the purpose of enrolling the child in a school or school district so that the child may participate in the academic or interscholastic athletic programs provided by the school or school district.
(B)A person who violates division (A) of this section is in violation of section2921.13of the Revised Code and is guilty of falsification, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(C)A power of attorney created, or an affidavit executed, in violation of this section is void as of the date of its creation or execution.
