Text

(A)For purposes of this section, "person with a disability" has the same meaning as in section3119.10of the Revised Code.
(B)Notwithstanding section3109.01of the Revised Code, a court may issue, pursuant to a proceeding for divorce, dissolution, legal separation, or annulment, an order of support for the care and maintenance of the parties' child who is a person with a disability, regardless of whether the child has reached the age of majority.
(C)In determining the amount reasonable or necessary for child support, including the medical needs of the child, the court shall comply with Chapter 3119. of the Revised Code. The court shall comply with Chapters 3119., 3121., 3123., and 3125. of the Revised Code when it makes or modifies an order for child support under this section. Last up
