Text
Nothing in sections2151.233to2151.236and2301.03of the Revised Code shall be construed to prevent a domestic relations court from certifying a case to a juvenile court under division (D)(2) of section3109.04of the Revised Code or section3109.06of the Revised Code. Consent of the juvenile court shall not be required for the certification.
As used in this section, "domestic relations court" has the same meaning as in section2151.233of the Revised Code.
