(A)The department of health's records pertaining to proceedings under sections3107.45to3107.53of the Revised Code are not public records subject to inspection or copying under section149.43of the Revised Code.
(B)No person who is the subject of personal information contained in a record listed in division (A) of this section may inspect or copy all or part of any such record except pursuant to section3107.47of the Revised Code.
