Text
Upon issuance of a final decree of adoption, the court shall notify the child support enforcement agency administering a child support order pertaining to the adopted child. On receipt of that notice, the child support enforcement agency shall, pursuant to section3119.89of the Revised Code, terminate any order of support that exists for the child.
