Text
(A)Sections3105.41to3105.54of the Revised Code apply to a collaborative family law participation agreement that meets the requirements of section3105.43of the Revised Code and is signed on or after the effective date of this section.
(B)A court may not order a party to participate in a collaborative family law process over that party's objection.
