Text

The chief of the bureau of sentence computation or another individual specified by the director of rehabilitation and correction is designated as the administrator as required by Article VII of the agreement adopted pursuant to section2963.30of the Revised Code. The administrator, acting jointly with like officers of other party states, shall, in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, promulgate rules and regulations to carry out the terms of the agreement. The administrator is authorized and empowered to cooperate with all departments, agencies, and officers of this state and its political subdivisions, in facilitating the proper administration of the agreement or of any supplementary agreement or agreements entered into by this state thereunder.
