Text
The courts, departments, agencies, and officers of this state and its political subdivisions shall do all things that are necessary to effectuate the agreement adopted pursuant to section2963.30of the Revised Code and that are appropriate within their respective jurisdictions and consistent with their duties and authority. The warden or other official in charge of a correctional institution in this state shall give over the person of any inmate of the institution when so required by the operation of the agreement.
