Text
The examination of witnesses by deposition in criminal cases shall be taken and certified, and the return thereof to the court made as for taking depositions under sections2319.05to2319.31, inclusive, of the Revised Code. The commissioners appointed under section2945.50of the Revised Code to take depositions shall receive such compensation as the court directs, to be paid out of the county treasury and taxed as part of the costs in the case.
