(A)Imposition of a mandatory prison term under division (B)(7) of section2929.14of the Revised Code is precluded unless the offender is convicted of or pleads guilty to a felony violation of section2905.01,2905.02,2907.21,2907.22, or2923.32, division (A)(1) or (2) of section2907.323, or division (B)(1), (2), (3), (4), or (5) of section2919.22of the Revised Code and unless the indictment, count in the indictment, or information charging the offense specifies that the offender knowingly committed the offense in furtherance of human trafficking. The specification shall be stated at the end of the body of the indictment, count, or information and shall be stated in substantially the following form: "SPECIFICATION (or, SPECIFICATION TO THE FIRST COUNT).
