Text

(A)In determining whether to grant an application to seal or expunge a juvenile record pursuant to section2151.356or2151.358of the Revised Code, the court shall notify the prosecutor regarding the hearing of the matter not less than thirty days before the hearing. In determining whether to grant an application to seal or expunge a record of conviction or bail forfeiture pursuant to section2953.32or2953.39of the Revised Code, the court shall notify the prosecutor not less than sixty days before the hearing, unless a shorter notice period is agreed to by the prosecutor and the court. The prosecutor shall provide timely notice to a victim of the criminal offense or delinquent act for which the offender or juvenile was incarcerated or committed and the victim's representative, if applicable,
