Text

(A)The prosecutor in any case against any person licensed, certified, registered, or otherwise authorized to practice under Chapter 3719., 4715., 4723., 4729., 4730., 4731., 4734., 4741., 4759., 4760., 4761., 4762., 4772., 4774., or 4778. of the Revised Code shall notify the appropriate licensing board, on forms provided by the board, of any of the following regarding the person:
(1)A plea of guilty to, or a conviction of, a felony, or a court order dismissing a felony charge on technical or procedural grounds;
(2)A plea of guilty to, or a conviction of, a misdemeanor committed in the course of practice or in the course of business, or a court order dismissing such a misdemeanor charge on technical or procedural grounds;
(3)A plea of guilty to, or a conviction of, a misdemeanor invo
