As used in sections2923.124to2923.1213of the Revised Code:

(A)"Application form" means the application form prescribed pursuant to division (A)(1) of section109.731of the Revised Code and includes a copy of that form.

(B)"Competency certification" and "competency certificate" mean a document of the type described in division (B)(3) of section2923.125of the Revised Code.

(C)"Detention facility" has the same meaning as in section2921.01of the Revised Code.

(D)"Licensee" means a person to whom a concealed handgun license has been issued under section2923.125of the Revised Code and, except when the context clearly indicates otherwise, includes a person to whom a concealed handgun license on a temporary emergency basis has been issued under section2923.1213of the Revised Code and a pers

As used in sections2923.124to2923.1213of the Revised Code:

(A) "Application form" means the application form prescribed pursuant to division (A)(1) of section109.731of the Revised Code and includes a copy of that form.

(B) "Competency certification" and "competency certificate" mean a document of the type described in division (B)(3) of section2923.125of the Revised Code.

(E) "License fee" or "license renewal fee" means the fee for a concealed handgun license or the fee to renew that license that is to be paid by an applicant for a license of that type.

(F) "Peace officer" has the same meaning as in section2935.01of the Revised Code.

(G) "State correctional institution" has the same meaning as in section2967.01of the Revised Code.

(H) "Civil protection order" means a protection order issued, or consent agreement approved, under section2903.214or3113.31of the Revised Code.

(I) "Temporary protection order" means a protection order issued under section2903.213or2919.26of the Revised Code.

(J) "Protection order issued by a court of another state" has the same meaning as in section2919.27of the Revised Code.

(K) "Child care center," "type A family child care home" and "type B family child care home" have the same meanings as in section5104.01of the Revised Code.

(L) "Foreign air transportation," "interstate air transportation," and "intrastate air transportation" have the same meanings as in 49 U.S.C. 40102, as now or hereafter amended.

(M) "Commercial motor vehicle" has the same meaning as in division (A) of section4506.25of the Revised Code.

(N) "Motor carrier enforcement unit" has the same meaning as in section2923.16of the Revised Code.
