There is hereby created in the state treasury the Ohio pain-capable unborn child protection act litigation fund to be used by the attorney general to pay for any costs and expenses incurred by the attorney general in relation to actions surrounding defense of the provisions of ___.B. of the 131st general assembly. The fund shall consist of appropriations made to it and any donations, gifts, or grants made to the fund. Any interest earned on the fund shall be credited to the fund.
