Text

(A)No person shall raise, solicit, collect, donate, or provide any material support or resources, with purpose that the material support or resources will be used in whole or in part to plan, prepare, carry out, or aid in either an act of terrorism or the concealment of, or an escape from, an act of terrorism.
(B)Whoever violates this section is guilty of soliciting or providing support for an act of terrorism, a felony of the third degree. Section2909.25of the Revised Code applies regarding an offender who is convicted of or pleads guilty to a violation of this section.
(C)A prosecution for a violation of this section does not preclude a prosecution for a violation of any other section of the Revised Code. One or more acts, a series of acts, or a course of behavior that can be prosec
