Text
The attorney general is the legal representative of the reparations fund established by section2743.191of the Revised Code. The attorney general may institute, prosecute, and settle actions or proceedings for the enforcement of the reparations fund's right of repayment, reimbursement, recovery, and subrogation. The attorney general shall defend all suits, actions, or proceedings brought against the fund.
