Text
(A)The attorney general shall prepare and transmit annually to the governor, the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, and the minority leaders of both houses a report of the activities of the Ohio crime victims compensation program under sections2743.51to2743.72of the Revised Code. The report shall include all of the following:
(1)The number of claims filed, the number of awards made and the amount of each award, and a statistical summary of awards made and denied, including the average size of awards;
(2)The balance in the reparations fund, with a listing by source and amount of the moneys that have been deposited in the fund;
(3)The amount that has been withdrawn from the fund, including separate listings of the administrative costs incur
