Text
A person who causes another to be committed to jail under sections2713.01to2713.29, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall be liable in the first instance for the jail fees, and if required by the jailer must pay such fees weekly in advance. The fees so paid shall be a part of the costs of the case.
