(A)Each court of appeals may appoint one or more official reporters, law clerks, secretaries, and any other employees that the court considers necessary for its efficient operation. The clerk of the court of common pleas, acting as the clerk of the court of appeals for the county, shall perform the duties otherwise performed and collect the fees otherwise collected by the clerk of the court of common pleas, as set forth in section2303.03of the Revised Code, and shall maintain the files and records of the court.
