Text
The clerk of the court or the judge of a county court, issuing execution for a judgment as provided by section2335.19of the Revised Code, shall indorse thereon the amount of the costs of the party condemned, which costs shall be collected by the officer to whom such writ is directed, in the same manner and at the same time as the judgment mentioned in the execution.
