If it appears that the judgment debtor has an interest in real estate, in the county in which proceedings under sections2333.09to2333.27, inclusive, of the Revised Code, are had, as mortgagor, mortgagee, or otherwise, and his interest can be ascertained as between himself and the person holding the legal estate, or the person having a lien on or interest in the property, without controversy as to the interest of the person holding such estate, or interest therein, or lien thereon, the receiver appointed pursuant to section2333.22of the Revised Code may be ordered to sell and convey such real estate, or the interest of the debtor therein. The sale shall be conducted as is provided for the sale of real estate upon execution, and the proceedings of sale before the execution of the deed shall
