(A)Sections2329.90to2329.94of the Revised Code do not prevent courts from recognizing judgments in situations not covered by those sections.
(B)Sections2329.90to2329.94of the Revised Code shall be construed so as to effectuate the general purpose to make uniform the laws of the states that enact similar provisions.
