Text
A person who brings a civil action pursuant to division (A) of section2307.60of the Revised Code to recover damages from any person who caused injury to person or property by a violation of division (B), (D), or (E) of section2913.49of the Revised Code may recover damages up to five thousand dollars for each violation or three times the amount of actual damages, whichever is greater, and reasonable attorney's fees.
