Text
No provision of sections2307.25to2307.28of the Revised Code applies to a tort claim to the extent that sections2307.22to2307.24or sections2315.32to2315.36of the Revised Code make a party against whom a judgment is entered liable to the plaintiff only for the proportionate share of that party as described in those sections.
