Text

A civil action brought pursuant to division (A) of section2307.60of the Revised Code when the person filing the action is injured in person or property by a violation of division (B), (D), or (E) of section2913.49of the Revised Code shall be commenced within five years from the date on which the identity of the offender was discovered or reasonably should have been discovered.
