(A)If a person on parole is in the custody of a county department of probation provided for in division (A) of section2301.27of the Revised Code, any probation officer of that department may arrest the person without a warrant for any violation of any condition of parole, as defined in section2967.01of the Revised Code, or of any rule governing persons on parole. If a person on parole is in the custody of a county department of probation provided for in division (A) of section2301.27of the Revised Code, any probation officer or peace officer shall arrest the person without a warrant for any violation of any condition of parole or any rule governing persons on parole upon the written order of the chief probation officer of that department.
