A qualified organization shall develop and implement written policies and procedures for employees, including policies and procedures on all of the following topics:

(A)Familiarization of the employee with emergency and safety procedures;

(B)The principles and practices of child care;

(C)Administrative structure, procedures, and overall program goals of the qualified organization;

(D)Appropriate techniques of behavior management;

(E)Techniques and methodologies for crisis management;

(F)Familiarization of the employee with the disciplinary procedures outlined in rule 5101:2-9-21 of the Ohio Administrative Code, the discipline and behavior intervention policies required by rule 5101:2-5-13 of the Ohio Administrative Code, and any other similar requirements;
