Text
The joint board of county commissioners organized under section2151.65of the Revised Code may remove any trustee appointed under section2151.68of the Revised Code, but no such removal shall be made on account of the religious or political convictions of such trustee. The trustee appointed to fill any vacancy shall hold his office for the unexpired term of his predecessor.
