Not later than ninety days after the effective date of this section, the director of children and youth shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code that establish all of the following:
(A)A standardized procedure under which an emergency department, hospital, or law enforcement officer provides notification under sections2151.461and2151.463of the Revised Code;
(B)Time frames for an emergency department or hospital or a residential facility to provide reports to the department under sections2151.462and2151.464of the Revised Code;
(C)Standards for the department to track reports provided to the department under sections2151.462and2151.464of the Revised Code.
