(A)The entities that participate in a memorandum of understanding executed under section2151.426of the Revised Code establishing a children's advocacy center shall assemble the center's multidisciplinary team.

(B)(1) The multidisciplinary team for a single county center shall consist of the following members who serve the county:

(a)Any county or municipal law enforcement officer;

(b)The executive director of the public children services agency or a designee of the executive director;

(c)The prosecuting attorney of the county or the prosecuting attorney's designee;

(d)A mental health professional;

(e)A medical health professional;

(f)A victim advocate;

(g)A center staff member;

(h)Any other person considered appropriate by all of the entities that executed the memorandum.

(A) The entities that participate in a memorandum of understanding executed under section2151.426of the Revised Code establishing a children's advocacy center shall assemble the center's multidisciplinary team.

(B)(1) The multidisciplinary team for a single county center shall consist of the following members who serve the county:

(2) If the center serves two or more contiguous counties, the multidisciplinary team shall consist of the members described in division (B)(1) of this section from the counties to be served by the center, with each county to be served by the center being represented on the multidisciplinary team by at least one member described in that division.

(C) The multidisciplinary team shall perform the functions and activities and provide the services specified in the interagency agreement entered into under section2151.428of the Revised Code, regarding reports received under section2151.421of the Revised Code of alleged sexual abuse of a child and reports of allegations of another type of abuse of a child that is specified in the memorandum of understanding that creates the center as being within the center's jurisdiction and regarding the children who are the subjects of the reports.
