(A)As used in this section, "Homeless shelter" means a facility that provides accommodations to homeless individuals.
(B)On receipt of a notice pursuant to division (A), (B), or (E) of section2151.421of the Revised Code, the public children services agency shall determine whether the child subject to the report is living in a shelter for victims of domestic violence or a homeless shelter and whether the child was brought to that shelter pursuant to an agreement with a shelter in another county. If the child is living in a shelter and was brought there from another county, the agency shall immediately notify the public children services agency of the county from which the child was brought of the report and all the information contained in the report.
