Text
As used in sections2151.4116to2151.4122of the Revised Code:
(A)"Kinship caregiver" has the same meaning as used in section5180.50of the Revised Code.
(B)"Search technology" means any locate-and-research tool, search engine, electronic database, or social media search tool available to a public children services agency or a private child placing agency.
