Text
(A)In adopting the rules described in division (A)(4) of section2151.3532of the Revised Code, the director of health shall specify that a newborn safety incubator is deemed to be supervised when either of the following is the case:
(1)A person authorized by section2151.3517of the Revised Code to take possession of a child is present at the facility where the incubator is located to take possession of a child placed in the incubator.
(2)An alternate peace officer, peace officer support employee, hospital employee, or emergency medical service worker is dispatched by a secondary alarm that triggers a 9-1-1 call, in accordance with division (A)(1)(f) of section2151.3532of the Revised Code, when either of the following is the case:
(a)No individual described in division (A) of this sect
